The Box Office is open Fridays only from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On event nights, the Box Office will open two hours prior to showtime to service that evening’s event only. 

Pechanga Arena San Diego is located at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd. San Diego, CA 92110-4919. 

From Interstate 5 Going South

Exit Rosecrans Street. Exit takes you directly on to Rosecrans (i.e. no turn involved). Go right on Sports Arena Blvd. Go 1/2 mile and the Center is on the right hand side. Arrive at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd.

From Interstate 5 Going North

Exit onto Pacific Highway going north. Stay to the left side once on Pacific Highway. Go about 2 miles to the Barnett exit. It is a left hand exit. Go right on Midway Drive. Go 1 mile to Rosecrans Street and go right. Go left on Sports Arena Blvd. Go 1/2 mile and the Center is on the right hand side. Arrive at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd.

From Interstate 8 Going West

Exit Sports Arena Blvd. Turn left at light, proceed for 0.5 miles then turn left at the Summit Gasoline entrance, or turn left onto Hancock Street. Follow Hancock Street as it transitions into Kurtz Street. The arena, located at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd, will be on your right.

From Interstate 15 Going South

Follow Interstate 15 South to State Route 163 South to Interstate 8 West. Exit Sports Arena Blvd. Turn left, proceed for 0.5 miles then turn left at the Summit Gasoline entrance, or turn left onto Hancock Street. Follow Hancock Street as it transitions into Kurtz Street. The arena, located at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd, will be on your right.

Pechanga Arena San Diego doors generally open 60 minutes prior to the event start time, however, doors may open 90 minutes prior to event in certain situations. Please refer to the Know Before You Go email and/or Instagram post day of show.

The Pechanga Arena San Diego is ADA compliant and proud to provide accessibility to Southern California’s diverse population. Guests requiring special seating, such as for wheelchairs, semi-ambulatory or other mobility impairments, hearing impaired, or the like, should contact Pechanga Arena San Diego at (619) 224-4171 to arrange for the purchase of ADA compliant tickets. Wheelchair and semi-ambulatory seating will be reserved for guests with disabilities (and their companions). For those patrons who require an interpreter we recommend contacting Guest Services prior to the first day an event goes on sale or a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. All efforts will be made to fulfill any requests made after that time but are not guaranteed.

Disabled parking spaces are clearly marked and available on the North side of Pechanga Arena San Diego only. Be sure to hang an appropriate license tag on your rear view mirror or place the tag on your dashboard. Please ask the parking attendants to direct you to the designated parking area as circumstances can change on a show to show basis.

Pechanga Arena San Diego does not allow the following items under any circumstances: Bottles, cans, food and beverages, liquid containers, coolers, water bottles, large backpacks or bags, duffel bags, boxes, illegal substances, weapons, laser pens, fireworks, cameras, video or audio recording devices, spiked or studded belts or bracelets, wallet chains or any item that may be deemed potentially harmful.

Pechanga Arena San Diego brings the best concerts, family shows, sporting events, and a variety of other special events to Southern California audiences.

Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with max built-in lens no greater than 3” and no interchangeable or telephoto lenses). Please note: at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type or video recording on any device may be prohibited at some events. Video recording devices (camcorders), audio recording devices (recorders/microphones), iPads or Tablets, Go Pro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, camera bags and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside The Pechanga Arena San Diego at any time. Flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

Refunds will be issued at point of purchase for any shows cancelled at the Pechanga Arena San Diego. Refunds will only be issued back to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. If you purchased tickets at the Pechanga Arena San Diego Box Office, please email boxoffice@pechangaarenasd.com for information on how to obtain a refund.

Should a show postpone, the tickets purchased for the original event date will be honored on the rescheduled date. For guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds may be requested through the original point of purchase via the original method of payment.
